How will I receive the toolkit? 

As soon as you paid for your purchase you will receive an email from us with the instruction on how to access the training portal and download templates.

What software do I need to use the toolkit?

Most of the templates are created in Excel or Word. There are Google Sheets versions also available. You will be able to access online training through your internet browser.

What if I don't like the toolkit, can I get a refund?

If you've downloaded the toolkit due to the nature of the product returns and refunds are not possible. However,  we would like you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please, get in touch with us. We will try to resolve your issues.

What can I do if I need extra support?
