The Toolkit Implementation Package is a 1-2-1 online program that helps fashion entrepreneurs, like you, skyrocket their business success by creating a framework that will allow you to focus on business building activities.
We will work closely with you identifying your business priorities and values, and together we will create a set of tools bespoke to you and your business needs to get you to where you want to be.

Here's how we will work together
We will spend three hours together, that can be split across two or three sessions.
We start by looking at your current or planned range and determine the facilities and processes you will need to implement the Toolkit. We then follow that up by adapting our generic templates to your business needs and creating the workflow you will need to follow. We will answer any questions you might have.
Another popular option is to review your current tech packs, grading rules and current workflows with an aim to identify those hollow points that can cause severe damage.
And, of course, we can spend this time going over the toolkit to cement everything you've learnt so far making sure you have a comprehensive understanding of all the systems and processes.

Her hands-on approach and pattern cutting and garment technologist experience enabled her to achieve incredible success with the brands she was working with during these two decades in the industry. She started working as a sample machinist for the high street supplier, making her way up to a reputable manufacturing studio owner.

We do not offer this option as standard. However, we can divide payment into two parts. £160 to be paid at the time of booking, followed by £160 before your 1st session with a mentor. Split payment option available at the check-out. (this option costs more due to the increased admin work of two payments)
You will receive an email message with the pre-assessment form. You will have an opportunity to express your preferences or concerns there. We will suggest the right mentor for you.
Upon processing your payment, our system will be triggered to send an automated email message with the pre-assessment form. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to fill it up. Please, email it back to us when completed. We will review the form and will get in touch with you within two working days with the suggested mentors and links to their calendar to book your sessions.
We are hoping you won't and that you are committed to your brand growth. However, we understand there are times when you need to cancel and although we will be sad to see you go you can cancel at any time with a minimum notice of 48 hours before the session.
